Meet Rafael Negron
SWAN's Claims Manager

Traditionally, insurance companies refer you to the phone number on your policy and wish you the best on filing a claim. Those claims managers are typically managing dozens of people at once and may take days or even a week to reply, often with an incomplete response.

That approach didn't work for us.
Enter, Rafael.

Rafael is SWAN's in-house claims manager and he makes our clients' lives significantly better. Having joined SWAN from an insurance company, he knows how claims work on the carrier side as well.

From helping you file claims more completely to getting you reimbursed as quickly as possible, Rafael's unparalleled attentiveness helps our clients sleep well at night. He recently visited a client in Mexico to help them complete claims paperwork.

Of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent, Rafael is fluent in both English and Spanish. He used to be a math tutor, so you know he'll get your numbers right. He is an avid fan of travel, has two dogs, and loves all sports, especially the San Diego Padres. (He claims he once gave over 10,000 high fives after they won a playoff game.)
