Meet Anna Boisseranc SWAN Customer Service If you've ever needed help with policy changes, certificates and the like, you have likely spoken with Anna who manages all things Customer Service for SWAN. Taking her breadth of service to the next level, she is currently working on her Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation. Anna is a graduate student specializing in ancient Egyptian funerary archaeology. A self-professed BMW geek, her holy grail vehicle is the BMW E28 M535i. She has two cats, Anki (gray) and Aviv (tabby). July marks Anna's four-year anniversary with SWAN, and our family is for the better thanks to her care and commitment to us all. Thank you, Anna!
