2024 has been an incredible year thanks to our community of clients and industry partners. We've continued to grow in key specialty areas as we strive to deliver personalized solutions for wheels-based businesses of all types:

Non-Emergency
Medical Transport (NEMT)

Under our Director of Transportation and NEMT Program Leader Marc Crawford's leadership, we've expanded support for this vital industry and helped fleet operators expand into new markets, build new partnerships, access scarce vehicles and more. You may have also seen him speak at TTA's RevUp Summer Symposium and NEMTAC's Transform Conference.

Cross-Border Trucking

With our Cross-Border specialist Kevin Mealey at the helm, we've celebrated a record year as more freight crossed the U.S.-Mexico border than ever. We're proud to be part of this vibrant binational community - having been recognized as Top Agents by Qualitas - and will continue to help operators improve safety scores, keep vehicles on the road and earning, and attract and retain talent through solutions that safeguard drivers and fleets alike. Many of you downloaded a report we shared from the U.S.-Mexico Foundation and GM and we've included it again here in case you missed it.

Intermodal, Drayage, and Workers' Compensation

Our Commercial Transportation specialist Amy Luong has championed niche areas to ensure seamless coverage for our fleets. From helping fleets lower their X-Mod (Experience Modification Factor) to correcting classification errors, she has helped business owners lower premiums, secure coverage for legal costs and more. With January 1, 2025, being the biggest renewal date for workers' comp. policies, don't miss this opportunity to set up or revisit your coverage with Amy.

This year has also been a special one for our ever-growing team:

• We were thrilled to add three new team members: Raúl, Francisco, and Florencia.
• Rafael Negron, Marc Crawford, and I all welcomed children to our families!
• Michael Goldsmith celebrated four incredible years with SWAN Insurance.
