Welcome, Our update for April spans multiple aspects of our efforts to help our valued fleet clients protect and grow their businesses. Those efforts include adding experts to our team with specialized expertise, keeping up on leading-edge technologies, learning from our strategic partners, and supporting fleet communities in Southern California, Mexico and beyond. We're pleased to welcome Priscilla Diaz to our NEMT group. Priscilla is a certified Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional with an excellent track record in cargo, air freight and warehousing. Our Transportation Producer Amy Luong attended a special event with the Wilmington Business Group and an awards ceremony hosted by the organization. Also participating in the event were the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. Amy will also be attending DrayTECH 2025 next month, sponsored by the Harbor Trucking Association and held in San Pedro, CA. The SWAN Cross-Border team recently attended and sponsored a special event in Mexicali, Mexico. The annual gathering of area business leaders and other important figures featured seven courses of food and refreshments throughout the day. It was a great opportunity to support the local community and our client, Transpanther Express, based on Calexico. On the technology front, we visited a Los Angeles firm that provides an advanced driver analytics program. The program features an integrated AI-enabled dashcam and system telematics designed to improve fleet safety and mitigate risk. Team Spotlight: Priscilla Diaz We're pleased to introduce Priscilla Diaz as a new Account Manager with SWAN. She began her insurance career in 2014 with Bertram Insurance, a provider of maritime coverage. Then, with seven years of cargo insurance under her belt, she joined Roanoke Insurance Group as an account manager for cargo and cargo legal liabilities. Priscilla has received designation as a Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP) from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). She joined SWAN with the goal of expanding her involvement in the transportation industry. On the personal side, she values spending time with family. That family includes furry friends like a pit bull, two cats and a tortoise. She also enjoys attending concerts.

Workshop to Focus Wheel Chair Access Next month, we're participating in a special event hosted by our friends at BraunAbility, the largest producer of aftermarket vehicles with ramps and lifts. Their invitation-only, hands-on WAV Workshop will cover the latest in wheelchair accessible vehicles. We'll have a unique opportunity to gain essential knowledge on WAV testing, securement, wheelchairs, vehicle options and innovations in mobility while networking with industry leaders. In addition, we've been invited to serve as a co-presenter on the topic of Product Safety and Compliance, covering key aspects of rigorous testing and regulatory adherence in the transportation industry. The event will include an open house and tour of the BraunAbility production facility in Winamac, Indiana. We'll also convene at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for some test laps around the track with clients! New Portal Supports Large Fleet Needs We are now offering a special service that offers comprehensive resources in an all-in-one, interactive compliance portal. The platform is built to the guidelines of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Factors taken into consideration include documentation for drivers and vehicles such as medical certifications, expiration dates and maintenance logs. We'll meet with clients six months ahead of insurance policy renewal time to do an initial input of fleet information. Then at 60 days out, the fleet can perform a market analysis of insurance quotes. This process facilitates finding the best policy for your current needs while providing useful insights to help streamline a wide range of fleet management factors.
