Welcome,
Staying on top of the ever changing world of transportation and fleet management is a 24/7 proposition. Our teams of specialists are always seeking ways to bring new ideas for helping fleets grow and thrive.
For example, our Cross-Border group recently attended an event hosted by Mexicali EDC, along with joining the non-profit organization founded in 1977. We are very pleased to bring our regional expertise and global outlook to the Northern Mexico manufacturing corridor through tailor-made insurance solutions for companies in the industrial, logistics, and customs sectors.
Our Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) team has been on-site at this week's annual NEMTAC Transform Conference in Dallas. This gathering assembles leaders from throughout the world of non-emergency medical transportation for three days of professional networking, keynote addresses, industry updates, and professional development.
On the lighter side, the S.W.A.N. team recently attended a game between the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants. At the time of this writing, the Padres and Dodgers are neck-and-neck at the top of the National League West. It was a great opportunity for some team building of our own.
Finally, we're excited to announce we are expanding our home office into an adjacent apace. This growth is a testament to the relationships with our fleet clients that we value so highly. We look forward to continuing to offer the highest level of insurance support and customer services as we grow together.
Until our next update, we thank you for being part of our community and welcome your feedback as we work to help you grow your business and Sleep Well At Night. Simply reply to this email or contact us online by clicking here.
Thank you,
Chris Mahlberg, TRS

TEXCAZ Offers Expertise
In Cross-Border Coverage
We're very pleased to showcase an important cross-border partner of ours, TEXCAZ. Since 2010, they have provided transportation risk management solutions throughout the USMCA.
At a time when cross-border insurance options are becoming more difficult to find, we view TEXCAZ as one of the premier resources available.
TEXCAZ coverage includes motor carrier liability, physical damage, cargo, trailer interchange and general liability. They share our deep commitment to understanding each fleet's particular needs and then creating a customized plan to help and control losses.
They recently visited our offices where we shared perspectives on some key challenges facing fleets today. It's just one example of how we seek out and nurture relationships with partners that offer topflight insurance solutions.

Commercial Auto Insurance
Faces Major Challenges
The commercial auto insurance sector is facing some significant issues. In fact, these conditions are prompting some carriers to leave the market altogether. A number of factors are combining to put pressure on the segment.
Conditions include rising severity of claims, general inflation with rising costs, and driver shortages and safety. Impacts include persistent underwriting losses, rate increases, and restricted coverage options.
It's especially important in times like these to work with a partner that has its finger on the pulse of the market along with the expertise and resources to solve these challenges.
We are dedicated to helping our fleet customers navigate troubled waters with a comprehensive approach that includes on-site visits, strategic plans and programs tailored to each fleet, timely reviews of insurance options, and expert assistance in selecting the right resources.
