Welcome,
We're excited to announce that our Director of Transportation, Marc Crawford, has been selected to serve on the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission (NEMTAC) Advisory Committee. This prestigious appointment further enables us to provide input to the industry while keeping tabs on the latest trends and innovations for the ongoing benefit of our NEMT fleet clients.
In addition, see below for news on a special series of video interviews, the "NEMT Thought Leaders" series, we filmed at the recent NEMTAC Transform Conference in Dallas. We will be releasing these videos over the coming weeks to highlight the unique stories of owners of growing NEMT fleets.
Also on the conference circuit, our Drayage Specialist Amy Luong attended the IANA Intermodal Expo. She shares some of the key insights she gained at that important industry event.
In Cross-Border news, we're expanding our offices in San Diego to better serve our fleets at the Tijuana Border and continuing our commitment to the community in Mexicali. S.W.A.N. will be participating in test drives with off-road racing team CG Motorsports and have sponsored a Mexicali rugby team as well. Many clients are taking advantage of our Assistance in Risk Management (ARM) software platform, an included service in our risk management suite provided by our top notch crossborder team.
Until next month, we appreciate you being part of the S.W.A.N. community. We welcome your input on how we can support you as you grow your business. As always, we're here to help you Sleep Well At Night. Simply reply to this email or contact us online by clicking here.

NEMTAC Video Interviews
Highlight Latest Trends
The annual NEMTAC Transform Conference was recently held in Dallas. In attendance were leaders in non-emergency transportation, including top professionals and company owners as well as healthcare experts, executives, payers, vendors and educators.
It's a unique opportunity for sharing new ideas for enhancing the health and safety of people needing transport at a critical time. This year, to capture some of those insights firsthand, we deployed a videographer to record interviews with 10 NEMT fleet operators and owners. The conversations were led by our Director of Transportation, Marc Crawford.
We will be sharing this "NEMT Thought Leaders" series on our YouTube channel over the course of the next 10 weeks. Visit the S.W.A.N. YouTube channel and subscribe to be the first to be notified of future episodes the moment they're released. You can also access them through our LinkedIn posts - click here to connect with us.
"NEMT Thought Leaders" with Anthony Wardsworth, CEO of Legacy's Angel Transportation, is now live - click here to watch it!
Understanding our clients' stories and business needs is fundamental to providing you with exemplary service and we are very pleased to shine a spotlight on noteworthy success stories. We hope to see more of you at similar events to capture and share your knowledge as a valued S.W.A.N. partner.

Luong Provides Insights
from Intermodal Event
In other conference news, our expert Drayage Specialist, Amy Luong, attended the 2025 IANA Intermodal Expo held in Long Beach, California.
Industry trends Amy noted include CIMC's role in container innovation, rail expansions at the Port of NY/NJ, and new inland rail projects in Alberta, Canada that are boosting intermodal connectivity and supply chain resilience.
She also learned about developments in technology and safety such as a push for ELD-integrated insurance, telematics, and safety programs for drayage fleets as well as California's investment in EV charging corridors, hydrogen fueling and grants to support drayage fleet conversions.
A bottom-line takeaway from the event for Amy was that collaboration across ocean, rail and trucking is shaping a stronger future. She was excited to bring these insights back for supporting intermodal and drayage companies with smarter risk solutions.

Cross-Border Team Offers
Risk Management Assistance
The S.W.A.N. Cross-Border team has been busy as always talking with and visiting our clients to ensure we're supporting their goals for efficiency and growth. In particular, we are getting a lot of positive feedback on our Assistance in Risk Management (ARM) software platform.
Our robust fleet onboarding process begins with a comprehensive risk review that includes the current insurance program, safety protocols, and operational structure. From there, the process continues with seamlessly integrating our compliance technology - ARM - into the fleet's workflows.
This transition is coordinated by a dedicated Cross-Border service team experienced in working with complex fleet operations. It offers a powerful collaboration with safety and compliance managers to implement a structured framework for U.S. regulatory adherence, not just insurance coverage.
If your fleet is not already tapping our ARM resources, we'd be happy to tell you more about it.
