The rigorous requirements impart a wide range of professional expertise they both can bring to their work with our fleets. Second is our experience at the Braunability Mobility Champions Symposium. We had a chance to hear from industry experts and share experiences. Our Director of Transportation and NEMT Lead Marc Crawford was also selected to be a featured presenter at the event. Below we share some of the key takeaways. We get to know our cross-border businesses in great depth and even work together on personal passion projects. Team Gain Certification at MCIEF Summit in Dallas Two of our key professionals recently returned from the Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation (MCIEF) TRS Summit in Dallas. Attending from S.W.A.N. were Client Service Manager Pilar Figueroa and Account Manager Priscilla Diaz. The five-day event offers a unique chance to earn important industry certifications, with opportunities to learn from top-tier experts and network with peers who share their passion for excellence in trucking insurance. We're pleased to report both Pilar and Priscilla earned their Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS) certification at the event. Topics included range from underwriting and coverage analysis to fraud and insurance integrity. Achieving professional credentials like this is a top priority for us in ensuring our services and recommendations for our clients are based on timely information and in-depth expertise. Congratulations to Pilar and Priscilla on their hard work and commitment to excellence!

Braunability Symposium Brings Insights on NEMT With Marc Crawford Director of Transportation and NEMT Lead S.W.A.N. Insurance Non-emergency medical transposition (NEMT) was the focus for the Mobility Champions Symposium hosted by Braunability. It was a chance to rub shoulders with industry leaders who are pushing hard to redefine what accessible, reliable mobility should look like in our constantly evolving landscape. I left the event with a full notebook, plenty of new ideas, and a lot of excitement about where this industry is heading. Friends and colleagues also appreciated the "Movember" mustache I've been growing to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues (learn more here). One aspect that stood out was how aligned everyone is becoming around the same themes like tightening up safety and securement expectations, raising the bar on service reliability, and creating more consistency across all the models that are starting to blend together (NEMT, micro-transit, paratransit, TNC). I was proud to be selected to join a panel of experts as we discussed "Ensuring Excellence - Compliance Versus Best Practices." It's inspiring to be in rooms where people are whiteboarding ideas, challenging each other, sharing what's working and what's not, and pushing all of us toward better access to care. We look forward to sharing what we learned to help our NEMT fleets apply these insights for enhanced growth and quality of service.

Cross-Border Relationships Span Off-Road and Logistics In the cross-border world, we're excited to report on our relationship with CG Motorsports, a leading off-road racing team based in San Diego. We're participating in test drives and sponsoring one of the CG race cars. The team participates in the Baja 1000, an off-road race held annually featuring vehicles like trophy trucks and motorcycles racing on a course that can be up to 1,000 miles long.
