Welcome, The holiday season is a time to celebrate the blessings we enjoy, the ties that bind us, and the prosperity that hard work can bring. It's a time to celebrate friends and family as well as business associates and other significant relationships in our lives. It's these communities that enable us to fulfill our goals in life. That perspective encompasses what we do at S.W.A.N. every day, as we strive to build the best culture we can to serve the needs of our customers and partners. Team Building A deep business culture is based on teamwork and camaraderie. This year, we held our annual holiday party at my home with a murder mystery theme. There were even actors and costumes to lend an air of realism and excitement to the experience. We host other fun gatherings throughout the year that bring us together. Those include summer and Halloween parties as well as sports outings with our partners including a Padres game in our own backyard plus an NFL matchup between the Chiefs and Ravens. Professional Development One of our highest priorities is enabling our associates to gain expertise through continuing education opportunities. Two of our key professionals, Client Service Manager Pilar Figueroa and Account Manager Priscilla Diaz, attended the Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation (MCIEF) TRS Summit. We're pleased to report both Pilar and Priscilla earned their Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS) certification at the event. Topics included range from underwriting and coverage analysis to fraud and insurance integrity.

Industry Events Attending important industry events is key way we stay in tune with our professional community and trends in the industry. These events help us further enhance the expertise we bring to our fleet customers every day. For example, on the NEMT front, it was a busy year for our Director of Transportation, Marc Crawford. His events included the Braunability Mobility Champions Symposium, TTA Mobilize 2025, iCabbi's Move AI summit, a webinar with the TTA and more. In recognition of our leadership, these events included participation on expert panels. In addition, Marc was appointed to the Advisory Committee for NEMTAC. These experiences are exciting and informative as NEMT experiences widespread nationwide growth. In the world of cross-border transportation, Kevin Mealey announced several key initiatives. One saw the company join the Mexicali Economic Development Commission (EDC) representing a rapidly growing business community. We've also become a sponsor for CG Motorsports, a leading off-road racing team, as well a local rugby squad. Our yard visits to fleets have increased to help them optimize their businesses. And we're advancing our Assistance in Risk Management (ARM) software platform to build driver safety. I've also been busy attending the Transportation Management Association's annual summit. It was an excellent opportunity to meet with industry partners, learn about new product options, stay on top of carrier markets, and track important issues in the areas of regulation and compliance. Partnerships This year we expanded our network of partnerships with organizations like TEXCAZ, Fenton, IFPS, EliteCover, Nirvana, Koala Capital, SafeRide Health, MTM Health, and Wanda. These relationships provide our community with the highest quality services to help our fleets thrive, especially in a time when some carriers are leaving the market. Our ongoing goal with these relationships is to help fleets find growth-fueling opportunities and the right insurance coverage programs, whether it's for cross-border, schools, or NEMT markets. Looking Ahead New Year's is much more than funny hats and confetti. It's a perfect time for reflection and renewal. Reflection on the ups and downs of the current year. Renewal of our commitments to family, friends, business and community. On a personal note, Marc Crawford had the pleasure of visiting NeuroHope of Indiana at the Driven NeuroRecovery Center multiple times and annot say enough positive things about the facility, the staff, and the mobility work they're doing with their patients.
