S.W.A.N to Show at 2026
NEMTAC Conference The S.W.A.N. team will be attending the annual NEMTAC Transform Conference Aug. 16-19 in Orlando, FL, the nation's premier gathering for advancing standards, education, and access in non-emergency medical transport. This flagship event unites brokers, providers, payers, regulators, and technology partners to explore the trends, tools, and innovations shaping the future of healthcare transportation. Last year, to capture some of those insights firsthand, we deployed a videographer to record interviews with 10 NEMT fleet operators and owners. The conversations were led by our Director of Transportation, Marc Crawford. You can check them out on our YouTube channel. Cross-Border Visits Yield
Tailored Insurance Plans Our Cross-Border team recently completed yard visits with several prospective fleets. These in-person interactions help us get the lay of the land on a fleet and its insurance needs. Before the visit, we study the fleet's needs and survey surrounding areas. Typically, a team of two S.W.A.N. insurance professionals make the trip and will review the main office, meet the lead manager, tour the yard, and take photos. Each yard visit yields a quote for the coverage we're recommending, tailored to the fleet's specific needs.
